Dr. Murphy maintains a clinical practice at Rhode Island Spine Center, LLC. He is also Owner/Partner of Spine Care Partners, LLC and Primary Spine Provider Network, LLC. He served 7 years on the Board of Chiropractic Examiners, State of Rhode Island.
Faculty appointments as Clinical Assistant Professor and frequent lecturer at academic institutions worldwide, plus Fellow of the Royal College of Chiropractors (FRCC).

Dr. Murphy's expertise has been requested by numerous defense and plaintiff attorneys for his experience and knowledge on various spine topics including cervical artery dissection, disc herniation, cervical myelopathy, spine diagnosis, and others.

As a Clinical Assistant Professor and frequent lecturer at academic institutions worldwide, Dr. Murphy has contributed significantly to the education of chiropractors, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
