Dr. Murphy maintains a clinical practice at Rhode Island Spine Center, LLC. He is also Owner/Partner of Spine Care Partners, LLC and Primary Spine Provider Network, LLC. He served 7 years on the Board of Chiropractic Examiners, State of Rhode Island.

Faculty appointments as Clinical Assistant Professor and frequent lecturer at academic institutions worldwide, plus Fellow of the Royal College of Chiropractors (FRCC).

As a Clinical Assistant Professor and frequent lecturer at academic institutions worldwide, Dr. Murphy has contributed significantly to the education of chiropractors, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
